Healthy Cooking Classes by Simply Well!
With the ever increasing hectic lifestyles we lead, it's time to pamper yourself while improving your health. Taught by Ayurvedic nutritionists & chefs alike, our classes educate & instruct you on the why's and how's of cooking delicious meals suited to your specific, unique constitution. Classes include instruction in the principles of a healthy diet as well as the opportunity to prepare and eat meals designed with good living in mind. Our team of instructors helps take the guess work out of choosing and preparing foods full of flavor as well as good nutrition.

Whole Foods Healthy Cooking 101
Get hands-on experience from an expert in whole foods cooking. In this exciting class, you learn how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals (and get to take them home!) You will also learn about the latest facts and trends in the health food industry. This is a four class series. Cost per class: $51 per participant (includes packaged, take-home meals). Cost for all six classes: $275 (contact us for details).
Ayurvedic Cuisine
Increase your health, energy levels, and lose weight all in one class? In this class, you will learn how foods are in fact medicinal, and that they can be as tasty as they are healthy. Cost: $51 per participant (take-home what we don't serve!).

Cooking Healthy for a Busy Lifestyle
You want your family to eat healthy meals that taste great — but you are short on time. The Healthy Chef™ has designed this class just for you. Learn how to prepare delicious meals for your family (or yourself!) in 30 minutes or less. Not only will you get to take home the meals that you create, but the Chef also gives you a running start on speedy meal preparation by providing recipes and shopping lists for your home use. Cost: $51 per participant

Vegetarian for Everybody
Under the expert instruction from our chefs, you will learn how to prepare a vegetarian, culinary masterpiece. We will learn that though vegetarianism might not be suited for everyone, there are numerous health benefits of learning how to cook and prepare vegetarian meals. After cooking, it will be time to enjoy your creation while you listen to jazz and sample wine from around the world. This class is great for couples and other special occasions. Cost: $65 per person / $99 for couples.

Cooking with Your Sweetheart
Imagine…just the two of you, candlelight, flowers, soft music, and a romantic dinner at home. Come join us for an evening of health & romance! We will teach you and your sweetheart how to prepare a gourmet dinner for two. This will be a date night to remember as you enjoy wine from around the world, listen to romantic music, and enjoy your culinary creation. Cost: $99 per couple.

Healthy Desserts - Healthy Living!
Dessert is the last sweet impression that you offer your family or your guests. Come and learn how to make desserts so tempting that their taste will linger as a delicious memory. Cost: $51 per person.

Raw Foods made Simple
Getting your RDA of nutrious and delious food just got simple! Join us for an evening of learning easy recipes that call for common ingredients and basic equipment. Learn how to enjoy raw food on the go for business or pleasure or simply a quick meal at home. In a presentation with time-saving tips, we will teach you that you don't have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Tasting is believing so come enjoy the simple way of raw foods! Cost: $51 per person.
