Our unique workout regimen combines fitness, nutrition, and meditation to allow the body to return to its natural state (prakruti). We combine aerobics, calisthenics, nutrition, yoga, and mental disciplines....all of which are performed in a picturesque environment. Believe me, however, this doesn't mean YOU cannot do it. We have created different course levels for participants of all ages and physical abilities. Weekend classes offer each participant a chance to travel to unique locations to workout within some of the most marvelous places around. We don't offer a mere workout, but rather an adventure into fitness. Let us help you achieve total wellness in your life today!
Our wellness boot camp is a training regimen that is performed over a five week or eight week period and consists of an hour workout three days a week (additional days are available). With dusk and dawn adventures still available, we can easily meet the needs of any busy schedule. Each week crescendos to the next, motivating each participant along the way to achieve their ultimate goal...graduation! All of our daily workouts are performed outside along the beautiful beaches, grassy ponds, and mountainous trails of beautiful Eastern Seaboard. Each member receives a complimentary wellness evaluation (dosha) from a trained fitness and nutrition specialist, along with custom tailored nutritional plans that not only hold benefits during the course...but for a life time. Treasured keepsakes are awarded for different categories upon graduation from the course, and each participant will receive custom dog tags as a reminder and a symbol of the choice they've made to change their lives! All of this vital information is then used to develop a custom fitness & diet regimen, which is then created and uploaded for you to watch, learn, and grow as.
